1. Use daily or at least 2-3 times per week.
2. Concentrate on the lengths and ends of hair.
3. Leave on for 1-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

1. Use daily or at least 2-3 times per week.
2. Apply to towel-dried hair.
3. Work from mid-shaft all the way to the ends of your hair.
